摘要
目的分析辅助应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊对阴道炎患者阴道微环境的调节作用。方法选择2014年3月-2016年3月浙江台州市立医院细菌性阴道病、滴虫性阴道炎和霉菌性阴道炎患者各100例,3种阴道炎患者均随机平均分为试验组(150例)和对照组(150例),对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规阴道炎治疗的基础上辅助乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,观察每种阴道病患者试验组和对照组治疗前后阴道PH值和阴道菌群密集度分布情况。结果细菌性阴道病和滴虫性阴道炎试验组和对照组患者治疗后pH值>4.5者所占的比例均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);细菌性阴道病和滴虫性阴道炎试验组和对照组治疗后阴道菌群密集度分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论联合应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊能够改善细菌性阴道病和滴虫性阴道炎患者常规治疗后的阴道微生态,但对霉菌性阴道炎患者的阴道PH值和菌群密集度影响不大。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of auxiliary application of L actobacilli vaginal capsules on regulating the vaginal microenvironment of patients with vaginitis .METHODS A total of 100 patients with bacterial vagino‐sis ,100 patients with trichomonas vaginitis ,and 100 patients with colpomycosis who were treated in the Taizhou Hospital from Mar 2014 to Mar 2016 were enrolled in the study .The patients with the three types of vaginitis were randomaly divided into the experimental group with 150 cases and the control group with 150 cases .The con‐trol group was given the conventional therapy ,while the experimental group was treated with Lactobacilli vaginal capsules on the basis of the conventional treatment of vaginitis .The vaginal PH value and distribution of density of vaginal flora of the patients with the three types of vaginitis were observed and compared between the experimental group and the control group before and after the treatment .RESULTS The proportion of the patients with bacterial vaginosis and the patients with trichomonas vaginitis whose pH value was more than 4 .5 was remarkably de‐creased in the experimental group and the control group after the treatment (P〈 0 .05) .There was significant difference in the distribution of density of vaginal flora between the experimental group and the control group after the treatment (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION The combined use of Lactobacilli vaginal capsules can improve the vagi‐nal microecological environment of the patients with bacterial vaginosis and the patients with trichomonas vaginitis after the conventional therapy ,however ,it has little effect on the vaginal PH value and flora density of the pa‐tients with colpomycosis .
