摘要
根据冷轧板力学性能在线检测需要,研发了力学性能在线检测系统。该系统主要由控制装置、探头装置、终端计算机装置等构成。系统采用3MA检测技术(多参数、微磁、微观组织、应力分析),使用多种检测方法(巴克森噪声分析、增量磁导率分析、切向磁场谐波分析、多频涡流分析),来实现冷轧板力学性能在线实时检测。应用效果证明,该系统可检测力学性能种类(硬度、硬化层深度、屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后延伸率)较多,具有良好的可靠性和检测精度。
An online detection system of mechanical properties was developed because of the need for the online detection of cold rolled plate’s mechanical performance. The system was mainly composed of the control devices,the probe devices and the computer terminal devices etc. The 3 MA(multi-parameter,micro-magnetic,micro-structure and stress analysis)detection technology and several test methods(barkhausen noise analysis,incremental permeability analysis,tangential magnetic field harmonic analysis and multi frequency eddy current analysis)were applied in the system,to achieve the real-time online detection of the mechanical properties of cold rolled plate. Practical application results showed for the system,several different mechanical properties(hardness,hardening depth,yield strength,tensile strength,elongation)can be detected,and the reliability and accuracy of the system were excellent.
