Quantitative Relationship Between Mechanical Properties and Chemocal Compositions of Steels Made by Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation

摘要 根据由鞍钢100炉次钢材试样的化学成分全分析、显微组织参数和力学性能测定的结果,采用统计方法分析了钢材成分(包括痕量元素)、组织与其力学性能的关系,得出了成分、组织与其力学性能之间的回归方程,并将鞍钢钢材的成分与宝钢钢材成分作了比较. Samples of 100 heats were collected from Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation (Angang). Their mechanical properties and microstructural parameters were measuredand comprehensive chemical analysis was made. The regressive formulae of therelationship between mechanical properties and chemical compositions along withmicrostructural parameters are given. The comparison of chemical compositions is madebetween steel products of Angang and Baoshan Iron and Steel Works.
