30CrNi2.5MoV油田用大型阀箱表面裂纹原因分析

摘要 借助金相显微镜及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对电渣重熔30Cr Ni2.5Mo V(4330V)钢油田用大型阀箱表面出现裂纹的原因进行查找和分析,结果表明:锻造工艺不当,是造成大型阀箱产生表面裂纹失效的主要原因,并提出了有效改进措施。 The reason for cracking on the surface of 30CrNi2.5MoV(4330V) large-scale valve cage was analyzedby optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and other methods. The results showed that improperforging process was the main reason caused surface cracking on the produced large valve cage, which resulted in failureof the material. In view of the above, the effective improvement measures were suggested.
