摘要
裂纹是管道的一种严重缺陷,可导致管道的突然开裂失效。通过对美国和加拿大管道裂纹失效案例调研,对比分析了北美地区国家及国内油气管道裂纹失效情况。结合典型失效案例从管道裂纹类型、失效原因等角度梳理了管道裂纹失效的主要风险类型、管控经验及相关法规标准,为国内油气管道裂纹失效的风险分析和相关决策支持提供参考。
Cracking is one of the common failure modes in pipelines and it may be the most dangerous since fracture can occur instantaneously without advance warning.Case studies of pipeline cracking related failures in North America and China are performed to review the typical cases of pipeline cracking.Then all the typical cases are classified regarding their causes,also major risks of pipeline cracking and management experiences are summarized,with the purpose of giving a guide for the risk management of pipeline cracking in China.
