摘要
研究了铸态AZ80镁合金拔长工艺,并对锻造后工件在室温及高温条件下进行了力学性能测试。结果表明:温度、变形速率、道次压下量及进给量对镁合金成形影响很大,合理控制工艺参数,能够得到理想的锻造结果。室温条件下,随着锻比的增加,抗拉强度在逐渐升高;在250,300,350和370℃的拉伸温度下,抗拉强度依次为103.5,54.7,26.6和18.4 MPa,塑性在250~300℃时升高,350~370℃时其塑性开始下降。
Forging-out of the as-cast AZ80 magnesium alloy was researched and the main mechanical properties target were tested at room temperature and high temperature.The results show that the temperature,deforming rate,each pass pressing download and feeding length of each time have a great influence on the deformation of the magnesium alloy.The reasonably technology parameter control can obtain the ideal forging result.At room temperature,the strength increases with the increasing of forging ratio.Under the tensile temperatures of 250,300,350 and 370 ℃,the according strengths would be shown as 103.5,54.7,26.6 and 18.4 MPa.The plasticity raised during the temperature of 250-300 ℃,but went down during 350-370 ℃.
