摘要
综述了我国木工机械发展现状、面临的新形势和新挑战。从板式家具机械、实木家具机械、人造板机械和喷涂机械四个方面介绍了我国木工机械的智能化水平、与国外先进水平的差距及自身优势,着重介绍了定制家具整体解决方案、实木家具柔性加工成套设备、高速智能无卡轴旋切单板生产线和自动喷涂立体式干燥生产线等应用案例,提出了我国木工机械智能化发展的未来目标。
The development status of new situation and new challenges faced by Chinese woodworking machinery are discussed. The intellectualization level of Chinese woodworking machinery,gap with the foreign advanced level and the advantages of Chinese woodworking machinery are introduced in terms of panel furniture machinery,solid wood furniture machinery,wood-based panel machinery and coating machinery,with focus placed on the introduction of total solutions to customized furniture,complete sets of solid wood furniture flexible manufacturing equipment,highspeed intelligent spindless rotary peeling veneer production lines and automatic coating vertical drying production lines,with the strategic objectives of Chinese woodworking machinery intellectualization development proposed.
