介绍纤维板或刨花板板坯在线面密度自动监测控制系统的工作原理,可利用X射线连续测量木纤维铺装的均匀度,并自动调整生产线的速度或扫平辊高度,使板材的最终密度趋于稳定,分析系统优化控制功能对于企业节约原料成本和提高经济效益的作用。
An important parameter for the production of wood based panels is a steady supply of material, evenly distributed over height and surface. This article presents the working principles of an automatic mass controlling system developed by C-recon Inc. The system uses X-radiation to continuously measure the surface mass density along the production direction in a non-contact way. The measured results are the basis for the regulation of the belt speed and/or the height of the rake, though which controls the material quantity to an even level. Target optimization helps customers save material and other costs.
