摘要
目的研究家庭访视对于白血病患者心理状况以及生活质量的影响。方法从2016年1月~2017年9月在我院血液科治疗的白血病患者中选出52例,随机分组,对照组给予常规护理随访,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合家庭病床科给予家庭访视,对比两组的心理状态、生活质量评分等。结果观察组患者干预6个月后的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分的各个维度则明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭访视在白血病患者中的应用可促使患者在出院后进一步遵照医嘱服药、控制病情,保持乐观的心态,健康生活方式等,值得推广。
Objective To study the effects of family visits on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with leukemia. Methods Fifty-two leukemia patients in our hospital department of hematology from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given conventional nursing care, the patients in the observation group were given family visits on the basis of the control group. The psychological state and quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group after intervention for 6 months were significantly lower than those in the control group, P〈0.05, and all dimensions of quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of family visit in leukemia patients can prompt patients to take medicine step by step, follow the doctor＇s orders, control their condition, maintain an optimistic attitude and healthy lifestyle.
