摘要
高素质、高质量的高校教师人才队伍,是高等教育发展的重要保障。随着近年来,高校人事制度改革不断推进,越来越多高校通过引入美国终身制教职制度来完善原有师资聘任制度。文章通过对比研究中美高校师资岗位设定、招聘制度、考核与人员流动情况,分析两者差异,针对国内有机引进美国终身制教职制度,形成适合国内高校的长聘教职体系,提升高校教师队伍总体质量提出建议。
High quality team of university faculties is an important guarantee for the development of higher education. With thereform of personnel system in colleges and universities in recent years, the tenure system in colleges of United States has been increasingly introduced to improve the existing faculty appointment system. Through the comparative study of post setting, recruitment,evaluation and personnel flow of Chinese and American college, this article put forward suggestions to importing American tenure system flexibly, which helps it to fit domestic colleges and universities and improve the overall quality of the faculty.
