摘要
更好地发挥高学历、高职称引进人才对高校发展的作用是人才引进的关键问题。通过调查研究。可以深入考察北京市属高校近5年引进的人才在"就职途径与原因"、"教学科研业绩"、"潜能发挥情况"、"绩效考核"、"离职倾向"等方面的表现及存在的关键问题。
To fully exert the in fluence of talents with high degree and high title who are introduced to univer- sities is the key to the universities′ development. This paper deeply explores the situation of the talent introduction in 5 universities attached to Beijing municipal government in “channels and motivations for job”, “performance in teaching and research”, “level of exerting potential”, “assessment” and “intent of resignation”, meanwhile, the critical problems above are discussed as well.
