摘要
目的探讨促红细胞生成素与鼠神经生长因子对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将52例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿均分为观察组和对照组,各26例,对照组患儿给予促红细胞生成素治疗,观察组患儿给予促红细胞生成素+鼠神经生长因子治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿意识障碍恢复正常、惊厥停止、原始反射恢复正常及肌张力恢复正常时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后NBNA评分和CT值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在促红细胞生成素基础上加用鼠神经生长因子能够有效提高新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗效果,缩短临床症状恢复时间,改善神经功能,值得临床推荐。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of erythropoietin and nerve growth factor in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods We randomly divided 52 cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,observation group and control group,each of 26 cases,the control group were given erythropoietin treatment,observation group were given erythropoietin + mouse nerve growth factor treatment,treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the observation group with consciousness recovery normal,convulsion stop,primitive reflex and muscular tension recovery recovery time were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); observation group after treatment the scores of NBNA and CT were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Erythropoietin plus growth factor can effectively improve neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy treatment with nerve,shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms,improve neurological function,worthy of recommendation.
