生物反馈电刺激结合康复训练对产妇产后盆底肌功能恢复的影响 被引量:7

The Effect of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation Combined With Rehabilitation Training on the Recovery of Pelvic Floor Muscle Function in Postpartum Women

摘要 目的探究生物反馈电刺激结合康复训练对产妇产后盆底肌功能恢复的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月在我院进行分娩的产妇108例为研究对象,采用抛硬币的方法,正面为观察组,反面为对照组,两组各54例。对照组实施生物反馈电刺激法,观察组在对照组基础上实施康复训练。比较两组产妇产后盆底肌电压、盆底肌张力效果及并发症情况。结果对照组产妇产后42 d、3个月、6个月盆底肌电压均比观察组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组盆底肌张力恢复总有效率比观察组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组尿失禁、膀胱脱垂、子宫脱垂、直肠脱垂发生率均比观察组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激结合康复训练能有效提高产妇产后盆底肌电压及张力,促进盆底肌功能恢复,减低产后并发症发生率,治疗效果显著。 Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback electric stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on the restoration of pelvic floor muscle function in postpartum women. Methods 108 cases of pregnant women as the research object in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, randomly divided into two groups with throw coin, positive was observation group, obverse was control group, 54 cases in each. The control group was treated with biofeedback electric stimulation, and the observation group was given rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. The pelvic floor muscle pressure, pelvic floor muscle tension effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The control group 42 d, 3 months postpartum pelvic floor muscle voltage than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); the control group total effective rate in the recovery of pelvic floor muscle tension than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); control group, urinary incontinence, uterine prolapse, bladder prolapse the incidence of rectal prolapse were higher than in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle pressure and tension, promote the pelvic floor muscle function recovery, reduce the incidence of postpartum complications, and the treatment effect is remarkable.
