摘要
应变式称重传感器实际的输入输出关系并非严格的线性关系。这种非线性特性造成了测量结果的非线性误差,制约了其测量精度。采用最小二乘曲线拟合法对应变式称重传感器进行非线性校正,以减小非线性特性对测量结果造成的影响,提高测量精度,并最终将非线性校正环节存储于单片机中。进行多项式求值运算时,采用秦九韶算法用于缩短运算时间,同时减小程序代码的大小,节约程序存储器的存储空间。试验结果证实了该方法的正确性和有效性。
The actual input-output relationship of strain-type weighing sensor is not strictly linear relationship. This non-linear characteristic causes nonlinearity error of the measurement results,and restricts its measurement accuracy. The least squares fitting method is proposed to achieve non-linear correction of strain-type weighing sensor,thereby reducing the influence of non-linear characteristic on the measurement results and improving the measurement accuracy,and finally the non-linear correction link is stored in the microcontroller. In the polynomial evaluation operation, Qin Jiushao algorithm is applied to shorten the operation time,while reducing the size of the program code,saving storage space of program memory. Test results confirmed the correctness and validity of the method.
