摘要
本文介绍了测力传感器非线性误差的类型及其数学模型,探讨了减小非线性误差的数据处理方法。通过实例,证明只要测力传感器的重复性精度高于线性度精度,就可运用数据处理的方法大幅度提高测力传感器的测力精度。
Types and mathematical model of nonlinear error of force cell are described. The data processing method for reducing nonlinear error is discussed. It is proved that the data proressing method can be adopted to improve obviously the measurement accuracy of the force cell as long as the repeatable accuracy of the force cell is higher than the linear accuracy of the force cell.
