摘要
定量地分析了弹性元件应变梯度产生的非线性误差;通过分析计算表明弹性元件粘贴区的应变梯度是应变式高精度传感器非线性误差产生的主要因素之一。
The nonlinearity of elastomer strain gradient is analysized quantitatively in this paper. It is showed that the strain gradient of elastomer working surface is one of main factors in fluencing nonlinearity of the strain-style super precision transducer by the analysis and caculation.
