自噬在大鼠急性胰腺炎中的变化 被引量:3

摘要 急性胰腺炎(AP)是各种原因引起胰酶激活、以炎症局部反应为主要特征、伴或不伴有其他器官改变的疾病。目前AP的发病机制仍不是很清楚,临床治疗上难度较大。研究显示,AP时腺泡细胞中有空泡的积累,且大多数空泡为自噬空泡,自噬可能与炎症反应及细胞的死亡关系密切。本研究旨在探讨自噬在牛胆酸钠诱导的大鼠AP发病过程中的变化情况。
