摘要
高校学报是高等学校学术水平的窗口 ,稿源的内向性是其鲜明的特征。采用外稿是不同层次的高校学报解决优质稿件不足的途径。正确处理内外稿关系 ,可以促进学术质量的提高 。
The journals are the windows of exhibiting the academic advancements of colleges and universities.The exclusive nature of the source of papers shows their distinct features. Using the external papers presents an approach to easing the shortage of papers of high quality in the colleges and universities of different levels. Correctly handling the relationship between the internal and external papers serves to improve the academic quality and at the same time to demonstrate the features and functions of journals of colleges and universities.
