摘要
目前 ,我国高师院校学报的现状和主要问题是人力不足、经费不足、编辑人员的学历偏低及编辑部的体制不健全等 ,为此 。
The present situation and main problems of the journals of higher teachers institutions in China is the lack of human resources,money,the relatively low academic degrees of editorials,and the imperfect editorial system,etc.In view of this,we propose the measures of making joint efforts to publish journals with high quality,and making the best use of editorials.
