摘要
目的:探讨由于使用酒精引起的精神病性障碍患者的社会支持与身心健康水平的相关性。方法:收治酒精所致精神病性障碍患者68例,分为试验组与对照组。试验组已达到临床治愈效果,对照组未达到临床治愈效果。两组均采用调查问卷的形式填写社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果:对照组症状自评量表(SCL-90)均明显高于试验组,试验组社会支持评定量表(SSRS)得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:由于使用酒精引起的精神病性障碍患者社会支持与个体身心健康水平具有紧密联系,社会支持程度越高,个体身心健康程度越高。
Objective:To explore the correlation between social support and physical and mental health in patients with psychotic disorders due to use of alcohol.Methods:68 patients with psychotic disorders due to use of alcohol were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group had reached the clinical cure effect.The control group did not achieve clinical cure effect.The two groups were filled with social support rating scale(SSRS) and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) using the form of questionnaire.Results:The symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group,and the social support rating scale(SSRS) score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Social support was closely related to individual physical and mental health in patients with psychotic disorders due to use of alcohol.The higher the degree of social support,the higher the degree of physical and mental health of individuals.
