摘要
通过模拟嘈杂噪音环境,探讨噪音干扰对小鼠学习及记忆能力的影响。实验选取60只昆明小鼠,随机分为对照组和实验组3组(分别为噪音处理5天,10天,15天),每组15只。噪音处理后,测定体重及通过Y型迷宫测定小鼠的记忆能力。结果表明噪音处理5天后小鼠体重和记忆能力无显著变化(P>0.05);噪音处理10天后体重显著降低(P<0.05),记忆能力显著降低(P<0.05);噪音处理15天后体重显著降低(P<0.05),记忆能力极显著降低(P<0.01)。结论为长时间的噪音可使小鼠体重,记忆能力显著降低。
To investigate the effects of noise disturbance on body weight and memory ability,total 60 mice were randomly divided into control group,and three treated groups.the mice in the treated groups were put in noise environment in 5 d,10 dand 15 d separately.Body weight was weighed and memory ability was tested by Y type maze after the noise disturbance duration.Results showed that the above factors didn＇t change significantly between 5 dgroup and the control group（P0.05）;However,there are significant difference between 10 dgroup and the control group in weight（P0.05）,and memory ability（P0.05）;Furthermore,there is highly significant difference between 15 dand control group in memory ability（P0.01）and there is significant difference in body weight（P0.05）.We conclude that 10 dabove noise disturbance have a significant adverse impact on body weight and memory ability.
