摘要
随着国内高校院所科研需求的激增以及实验动物行业的日益规范,实验动物中心的运行管理也迎来巨大挑战,许多问题逐渐显现。虽然已有大量文献就高校院所实验动物中心的运营管理进行讨论,但是多数管理经验并未提及适合哪类规模的动物中心,尤其是小规模动物中心,它们在人员、动物、物料、环境设施、伦理等方面的运行管理问题更为突出,但是它们的存在却有非常重要的意义。以青岛海洋生物医药研究院SPF级实验动物中心为例,经过多年运行管理,探索出一套切实可行的运行管理规范模式,可供有关高校院所实验动物中心参考借鉴。
With the advancement of scientific research in domestic universities and institutes,as well as the rapid development of the laboratory animal industry,the operational management of laboratory animal centers is facing significant challenges,and many issues are gradually becoming apparent.Although a large amount of literature has discussed the operation and management of laboratory animal centers in universities and research institutions,most management experiences fail to specify which type of animal center,especially small-scale ones,they are suitable for.These small-scale animal centers face more prominent operational and management issues in terms of personnel,animals,materials,environmental facilities,ethics,and other aspects.Nevertheless,their existence holds significant importance.Taking the SPF-grade experimental animal center of our institute as an example,after years of operational management,it has explored a practical and feasible set of operational management norms and models,which can serve as a reference for small-scale laboratory animal centers in relevant universities and research institutions.
