摘要
复配了三合一精练剂JM,并将其应用于弹力纯棉纱卡的冷堆前处理。利用单因素试验研究浸轧液中氢氧化钠、双氧水、三合一精练剂的用量,以及冷堆温度和时间对半制品毛效和白度的影响,并采用正交试验优化冷堆工艺。结果表明,采用氢氧化钠50 g/L、双氧水80 g/L、三合一精练剂M 18 g/L,轧余率100%-110%,25℃堆置28 h时,弹力棉纱卡的毛效和白度达到最优。
Cold pad-batch pretreatment of elastic cotton yarn cord is carried out with a compound scouring agent JM.The effects of concentrations of H_(2)O_(2),NaOH and scouring agent M,pretreatment time and temperature on capillary effect and whiteness of semi-finished products are studied.The treatment process is optimized by orthogonal experiment as follows:sodium hydroxide 50 g/L,hydrogen peroxide 80 g/L,scouring agent JM 18 g/L,pick-up rate 100%N110%,and hatching at 25℃for 28 h.The pretreated elastic cotton yarn cord can obtain good whiteness and capillary effect.
