摘要
冷轧堆前处理工艺可应用于不同棉织物的前处理加工。生产实践表明 ,冷堆后的热碱洗比热水洗效果好 ,冷堆后进行轻度的碱氧洗会更有利于半成品质量 ;国产助剂能适应现行冷堆工艺要求 ,碱氧冷堆前处理的织物性能指标不次于绳状练漂和氯冷堆工艺。
Cold pad-batch pretreatment is suitable for different cotton fabrics. Hot alkali washing is more effective than hot water washing after batching.
