住院患者能量消耗和营养支持的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 当住院患者出现饮食障碍时。临床上多半需要进行营养支持。然而针对营养支持的时机和营养支持的程度目前尚存在着争议。早期的研究成果表明，患者的能量需求在疾病的发展过程中将会有所增加，并且随着疾病的严重程度和应激程度的增加而增加。不容乐观的是，目前住院患者能量消耗的测量方法还没有统一标准。并且，机体的应激程度与疾病的严重性对机体能量消耗的影响尚不清楚。本文主要综述了以下两点内容：确定住院患者能量需求的最好评估方法，以及研究营养支持对机体能量消耗的影响。
