摘要
目的 ：探讨自制银丹膏外敷配合远红外线在治疗外阴白斑中的疗效。方法 ：选取外阴白斑患者80例,采用随机数字表随机分为两组,每组各40例,其中对照组于月经结束后3-7 d,给予远红外线治疗,实验组则在对照组治疗基础上,加用院内自制银丹膏涂于外阴处,两组患者均连续治疗2-3周。疗程结束后,比较治疗前后症状及体征变化,计算临床有效率以及症状积分变化。结果 ：（1）治疗结束后,临床总有效率监测结果显示,实验组（94.73%）有效率高于对照组（61.54%）,两组患者症状改善明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）治疗结束后,两组患者症状积分均有所下降,实验组患者外阴瘙痒、外阴白斑面积、皮肤弹性等症状积分下降程度更为明显,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 ：自制银丹膏外敷可有效治疗外阴瘙痒,改善病变区颜色及皮肤弹性,配合远红外线效果十分明显,中西医结合治疗外阴白斑在临床上具有良好的推广价值。
Objective ：To investigate the curative effect observation of Yindan Paste combined with far infrared ray external therapy on treating vulvar leukoplakia. Methods ：Selected 80 cases of vulvar leukoplakia patients,which were randomly divided into two groups,each group 40 cases,the control group was treated with far infrared rays after 3-7 days after menstruation,the experimental group was treated with the self-made Yindan Paste on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the patients in the two groups were treated for 2-3 weeks. After the treatment,compared symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment,calculated the clinical efficient and the change of symptom integral. Results ：（1）After the treatment,according to testing results of the clinical total effective rate,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.73%,the control group was only 61.54%,the experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;（2）After the treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were decreased,and the scores of pruritus vulvae,vulva leukoplakia area and skin elasticity were decreased more obviously in the experimental group,the experimental results had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Self-made Yindan Paste can effectively treat vulva pruritus,improve lesion color and elasticity of the skin,with far infrared effect is very obvious,the treatment of leukoplakia has good application value in clinic with combination of TCM and Western medicine.
