通过搜集古代医籍及现代医学家临床经验,总结百部具有以下特点:临床用量多为2~50 g,常用剂量为10~30 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如润肺止咳化痰治疗咳嗽、肺痿、感冒等,用量多为2~50 g;杀虫灭虱治疗牛皮癣、晚期肺癌,阴虱病等,用量多为9~30 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如润肺化痰止咳常配伍麻黄、桔梗等;杀虫灭虱常配伍白鲜皮、雄黄等。

Killing insects and lice are used to treat psoriasis, advanced lung cancer, pubic lice disease, and the dosage is mostly 9-30 g. According to the disease, syndrome type and symptom, the corresponding Chinese medicine was used, such as nourishes lung, resolves phlegm and relieves cough, often compatible with Herba Ephedrae etc. Killing insects and lice are often used in combination with Cortex Dictamni and Realgar.
