摘要
为准确监测胶棒滚筒采棉机采摘过程的工作状态,揭示胶棒滚筒采摘头工作机理,研究了各因素对采摘头采摘性能的影响。在已有的胶棒滚筒采摘头试验台的基础上,研制出基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的采摘头试验台测控系统。该系统由驱动控制系统、数据采集系统和上位机3部分组成,可实现滚筒转速、输送带速度和风机转速的连续可调及其参数设定,采摘过程中的滚筒转速、输送带速度、风机转速和各电机扭矩及功率的实时采集、显示与工作状态监测,并具有数据保存功能。试验表明:测控系统的测量转速差<4%。该研究可为胶棒滚筒采摘头工作状态监测、工作机理研究和工作参数的优化提供理论依据与技术支持。
To precisely monitor working conditon of picker picking process having rubber-bar roller,reveal operational principle of picking head with rubber-bar roller,and study the effect of factors on picking performance of picking head.a measure and control system for test-bed of cotton picking head with rubber-bar roller was designed based on LabVIEW. The system,mainly including drive control system,data collection system and upper-computer,can achieve the roller speed,conveyor speed and fan speed continuously adjustable and parameter settings,do real-time acquisition,display and working status monitoring of roller and conveyor speed,torque and power during picking,and have data preservation function. Measure and control system has speed difference 4% according to the test. This provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the monitoring of working state,work mechanism and optimization of working parameters for picker having rubber-bar roller.
