摘要
为研究采棉机结构、运动参数等对采棉机采收质量的影响规律,本研究根据新疆机采棉收获机械化方式和种植模式设计一种采棉机采摘头综合测试试验台。以滚筒式采棉机摘头为对象,通过对机采棉种植模式、基本参数、采摘头工作原理的分析,确定了该试验台装置的基本结构参数、测试仪器、控制装置及数据采集系统等主要部分,并制作了测试试验台。测试试验结果表明:该试验台工作稳定,主要工作参数误差小,能够满足采摘头工作性能的测试。该装置为采棉机采摘头的研制及采收性能的分析提供了试验测试平台,对采棉机采摘头的设计具有实际指导意义。
In order to study the influencing law of cotton harvester＇s collecting quality affected by the factors of cotton harvester＇s structure and motion parameters,a comprehensive test-bed was designed according to the cotton＇s planting patterns and mechanized harvesting method of Xinjiang.Take roller-type cotton harvester＇s picking parts as the object,according to the analysis of cotton＇s planting patterns,basic parameters and principle of picking parts,the main parts,the basic structure parameters,measuring instruments,control device and data collecting system,was determined and finished the manufacture of comprehensive test-bed.The result suggested that the test-bed can work steadily,parameter＇s error is small and test-bed can satisfied with the testing requirement of cotton harvester＇s picking parts.This device provide a test platform and design for cotton harvester＇s picking part.
