摘要
提高油用牡丹果荚脱粒效率,是牡丹籽油规模化生产的首要任务。为此,基于前期物料检测数据和测试试验,研制了一种油用牡丹果荚脱粒机,并对关键部件进行了参数设计和选型。以牡丹籽粒的脱净率和破碎率为试验指标,选取脱粒滚筒转速、喂入量、果荚含水率为试验因素,分别对3种脱粒元件进行了油用牡丹果荚脱粒试验。结果表明:在试验范围内,随着滚筒转速的增加脱净率先增大后减少,当转速为750r/min时,混合形齿的脱净率最大为81.56%、弓齿脱净率为80.23%、L形齿脱净率为78.65%,3种脱粒元件籽粒破碎率成增长趋势,变化幅度相对较小;随着喂入量增大,3种脱粒元件脱粒效果均降低,弓齿形元件脱净率降幅较大,破碎率整体较高;随着果荚含水率的降低,脱净率先增大后减小,籽粒破碎率成降低趋势。
Improving the oil peony fruit pod shelling efficiency is the primary task of peony oil large-scale production.Based on the preliminary material inspection data and experiment test,this paper developed a kind of oil peony f Pod shelling machine,designing and selecting the key components of the parameters. A single factor experiment using three kinds of threshing elements was carried out with roller Speed,feeding quantity and pod moisture contents as influence factor and Pod removal rate and breaking rate as major criterion. The results of testing showed: within the scope of the experiment,pod removal rate first increase and then reduce with the increase of the drum speed. When the speed is 750r/min,the breaking rate of the mixed tooth is 81. 56%,the breaking rate of the bow-shaped tooth components is 80.23% and the L-shaped tooth breaking rate is 78. 65%. The grain breaking rate of the three kinds of threshing elements increased,and the variation range was relatively small; With the increase of the feed amount,the threshing effect of the three kinds of threshing elements all decreased. Pod removal rate in bow-shaped tooth components have a large decline and the overall broken rate is high. With the decrease of the water content of oil peony pod,the removal rate increased first and then decreased,and the grain breaking rate decreased.
