背负式葵花收获机的设计与试验 被引量:6

摘要 针对目前乌昌地区葵花采收完全依靠人工,劳动强度大,收获效率低等突出问题,设计出了基于割台和脱粒装置的新型背负式葵花收获机。介绍了整机机构、工作原理和主要技术参数,确定了各关键部件的基本结构。同时,分析了葵花整个收获过程,得出了分禾器的宽度和锥角、拨禾链的线速度、输送装置的速度与收获效果的关系。试制物理样机并进行田间试验,结果表明:整机工作平稳,采收效率高,在现有的采收工序中,脱净率为97.5%,破损率为1.5%;联合收获工序中,脱净率为96.2%,破损率为1.9%,满足设计要求。研究结果为葵花联合收获机的后续研发提供了理论和试验基础。 In order to address the following daunting problems of sunflower harvest in Wuchang area:entire dependence on labor,strong labor intensity,and low efficiency,a new backpack harvester for sunflowers based on the cutting platform and threshing device is developed. The article introduces the whole mechanism ,its working principle, main technical parameters, as well as the basic structure of each key component. Besides, analysis is conducted the whole process of sunflower harvest, as well as the relationship among the width and cone angle of the divider,the linear velocity of the dialing chain,the speed of the con- veyor, and the harvest effect. With the physical prototype ,the experiment is carried out in the field. The results show that the whole mechanism works smoothly,with its great efficiency of harvest. In the current process,the net removal rate is 97.5% ,and the breakage rate is 1.5%;in the combined process ,the net removal rate is 96.2% ,and the breakage rate is 1.9%. These results, up to the design standards, provide theoretical and experimental basis for future research on the combined harvester for sunflowers.
