摘要
汽车变速器齿轮压装机机身设计非常重要,虽然各个企业在这方面都进行了技术储备,但是还可以对机身进行优化设计,减轻机身的整体重量,节约设计加工成本。下面就以五组不同的压装力为研究对象,压装力分别是30kN,50kN,100kN,250kN,400kN,使用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,对得到的数据和传统设计方式进行对比,得知不仅对机身不合理的位置进行了优化设计,还对这一系列的齿轮压装机设计规范进行了统一,实现了规模化生产。
Auto transmission gear pressure machine airframe design is very important, although each enterprise technicalreserves were carried out in this aspect, but also can optimize the fuselage design, reduce the overall weight of the fuselage,saving the cost of design and processing. Here are five different sets of being connected in force as the research object,pressed force were 30 kn, 50 kn, 100 kn and 250 kn, 400 kn, using ANSYS software for finite element analysis, the obtaineddata were compared with traditional design method, to learn that not only the position of the fuselage is not reasonable for theoptimization design, also for this series of gear pressure machine design specification is unified, achieve the mass production.
