摘要
人力资本理论在系统化形成的过程中,经历了新古典政治经济学萌芽、现代人力资本理论、当代人力资本理论和新人力资本理论四个阶段,新人力资本理论中对于非认知能力的探究,推进了人力资本理论脉络的新发展。以能力视角为线索,即认知能力和非认知能力两方面的内容,重新审视能力在人力资本框架中的地位,对回顾人力资本理论的产生和发展具有重要意义。
In the process of systematic formation,human capital theory has undergone the four stages of neo-classical political economy,modern human capital theory,contemporary human capital theory and new human capital theory. The new human capital theory for the non-cognitive ability promotes the new development of human capital theory. It is of great significance to review the emergence and development of human capital theory by reconsidering the position of human capacity in human capital framework with the ability perspective as the clue,namely cognitive ability and non-cognitive ability. Finally,we put forward the prospects of human capital theory research.
