慢性应激对大鼠学习记忆及海马乙酰胆碱含量和胆碱乙酰转移酶活性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的 探讨慢性应激对大鼠学习记忆损害的作用机制。方法 利用电击足底结合噪音建立慢性应激模型 ,水迷宫法观察大鼠学习记忆能力的改变 ,放免法观察大鼠海马内乙酰胆碱 (Ach)含量和胆碱乙酰转移酶 (ChAT)活性的变化。结果 应激组大鼠学习记忆能力明显下降 ,海马Ach含量和ChAT活性均显著低于对照组。 Objective To study the mechanism of chronic stress on the impairment of learning and memory of rats. Methods Chronic stress model was established by electric foot. The water maze test was performed to observe the change of learning and memory abilities. The content of Ach and the activity of ChAT in hippocampus were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results Compared with control group,the rats of the stress group showed decreased achievement on learning and memory, and the content of Ach and the activity of ChAT in hippocampus were significantly decreased. Conclusions The dysfunction of learning and memory of chronic stress rats may be involved in the reductive function of cholinergic fibers in hippocampus.
