重症颅脑外伤患者135例家属应激支持水平调查及干预 被引量：16

摘要 目的了解重症颅脑外伤患者家属的家庭应激支持水平,为向患者家属有效地提供护理干预提供依据。方法应用霍尔姆斯和雷赫的“社会再适应评定量表”,调查135例重症颅脑外伤患者家属的生活变化单位(LCU)得分,并与90例志愿者LCU得分比较。结果重症颅脑外伤患者家属的LCU得分高于对照组,经统计学处理,有显著性差异(P<0.01);未成年患者的家属和<45岁的患者配偶LCU得分更高。结论重症颅脑外伤患者的家庭应激支持水平较低,其中未成年患者和配偶<45岁的患者是家庭应激支持较低的弱势群体,是重点护理的对象。
