摘要
目的 探讨单侧缺牙对不同学习记忆能力老年大鼠的空间记忆能力的影响。方法 用Morris水迷宫筛选出老年记忆减退鼠和老年记忆正常鼠 ,拔除单侧磨牙后 2个月 ,再用Morris水迷宫进行行为学测试。结果 逃避潜伏期 :老年记忆减退鼠拔牙组比对照组明显延长 (P <0 .0 1)。平台象限游泳距离百分比 :与其它象限比 ,老年记忆减退鼠拔牙组无明显差异 ,而其对照组、青年鼠、老年记忆正常鼠均明显提高 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective To evaluate the effect of unilateral molarless on spatial memory in aged rats with different learning and memory ability. Methods According to the mean of escape latencies (EL) of 20 young rats (YR), memory deficit rats(DR) and memory normal rats(NR) were selected from 40 aged rats by Morris water maze. Then, all the rats were randomly divided into unilateral molars extraction groups (YRE, DRE, NRE) and control groups (YRC, DRC, NRC). Two months later, all rats underwent Morris water maze behavior testing. Results Compared with the control group, DRE showed significantly longer EL(P< 0.01 ). The percentage of swim distance in platform quadrant of DRE was no different from that in other quadrants , but in the groups of DRC, YR and NR, it was higher significantly (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Unilateral molarless may enhance the impairment of learning and spatial memory in DR.
