磨牙缺失对大鼠海马氨基酸类神经递质含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究磨牙缺失对大鼠海马区氨基酸类神经递质含量的影响。方法24只无明显认知功能障碍Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、单侧磨牙拔除组和双侧磨牙拔除组,拔牙6周后,测定大鼠海马氨基酸类神经递质的含量。结果双侧磨牙拔除组较对照组大鼠海马的谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、牛磺酸含量均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01);双侧磨牙拔除组较单侧磨牙拔除组的γ-氨基丁酸含量也升高(P<0.05)。结论双侧磨牙缺失可以造成大鼠海马氨基酸类神经递质含量的改变。 Objective To examine the effects of molarless condition on amino acid neurotransmitters in hippocampus of rats. Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats without impaired cognitive function were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, the unilateral molars extraction group and the bilateral molars extraction group. Six weeks after the molars were extracted, all rats were decapitated and the hippocampus were dissected to measure the concentrations of amino acid neurotransmitters. Results Compared with the control group, in the hippocampus of bilateral molarless group, the contents of glutamate, gama-aminobutyric and taurine were all significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈0. 01 ). Compared with the unilateral molarless group, in the bilateral molarless group, the content of gamaaminobutyric was also significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Loss of bilateral molars may alter the contents of amino acid neurotransmitters in hippocampus of rats.
