摘要
多巴胺(DA)是哺乳动物和人类中枢神经重要的信息传递物质。建立灵敏、简便的测定多巴胺含量的方法极为重要。综述了多巴胺检测方法的最新研究进展,为提高多巴胺检测的准确性及效率提供参考。
Dopamine （DA）is an important neurotransmitter in mammalian and human central nervous system. It is veryimportant to establish a sensitive and simple method for the determination of dopamine content. In this paper,the latestresearch progress of dopamine detection methods is reviewed,which can provide referencefor improving the accuracy andefficiency of dopamine detection.
