摘要
目的研制一种可以用于多巴胺检测的电化学传感器。方法采用水热法制备硫化钨量子点(WS2QDS),构建多巴胺电化学传感器。结果该传感器对多巴胺的响应电流与其浓度在6μM^160μM范围内成良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为1.90μM(S/N=3)。结论该电化学传感器具有高灵敏度、高选择性、快速、成本低、操作简单等优点,有望用于实际样品的检测。
OBJECTIVE To explore a new type of electrochemical sensor for the determination of dopamine (DA). METHODS Tungsten disulfide quantum dots (WS2 QDs), which were prepared by hydrothermal method, were used to develop an electrochemical dopamine sensor. RESULTS The linear range of detection this biosensor was 6μM ~ 160μM, with a low detection limit of 1.90μM. CONCLUSION This method is high sensitivity, high se- lectivity, fast, low cost and simple operation, and has good application prospects.
