摘要
学历教育,自从产生以来,对于人类进步起到了促进作用,同时在社会经济发展过程中,也起着巨大的推动作用,但是随着我国市场经济不断发展及深入,体现出了一个矛盾的现象——劳动者素质能力与就业需求的适应之间的矛盾。我们要想解决好这一矛盾,就需要大力加强职业培训。如何实现学历教育与培训机制的有效衔接与沟通是我们研究的重点内容。
Academic education,since its birth,has played a catalytic role in human progress and at the same time has played a significant role in promoting social and economic development.However,as China’s market economy continues to develop and deepen,it shows a contradictory phenomenon--the contradiction between the ability of laborer and the adaptation of employment needs.If we want to solve this contradiction,we must vigorously strengthen vocational training.How to achieve the effective convergence and communication of education and training mechanism is the focus of this study.
