摘要
社会的发展需要有创新能力,作为高职院校的专业教师,要培养出适应社会需要的技术人才,自身必须提高自己的创新能力.在目前正在不断探索发展之中的高职院校,如何提升教师队伍的创新能力,本文为此做出了探讨,从多渠道、多方位来切实地培养教师的创新思维能力.
