吉林省高校青年教师专业发展研究

Research on the Professional Development of Young teachers in Universities of Jilin Province

摘要 改革开放以来,我国大学开始实行扩招政策,高校的数量越来越多,教师资源严重短缺,为了保证教学正常进行,很多高校开始不断引进新的老师,经过多年发展,吉林省高校青年教师已经超过专任教师数量的一半,成为高校发展的中坚力量,因此如何促进青年教师的专业发展,不断提高青年教师队伍质量和水平成为现在教育发展的一个问题。本文简要介绍青年教师专业发展内容、特点和现状,分析其发展中存在的问题,并对这些问题提出相应的改善措施,促进吉林省高校青年教师专业发展。 Since the reform and opening up, colleges and universities in China enlarge students enrollment. The rapid increase of colleges and universities results in a serious shortage of teachers. In order to ensure normal teaching tasks, many colleges and universities began enlarging its faculty by taking in many new teaching, so young teachers have taken up at least a half of professionals in Jilin province and have been the backbone of the development of colleges and universities. As a result, the professional development of young teachers has appeared as a major problem in present education. How to improve the young teachers' quality and ability has been the main task of our education. This paper aims to introduce the content, features and present situation of professional development of young teachers and to analyze the problems existing in this field. In this paper, the measures to solve these problems have also been displayed. The author hopes to make trivial contribution to the professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities.
