摘要
碳纤维复合材料越来越受到重视,碳纤维缠绕机是碳纤维复合材料的主要加工设备。为改变大型碳纤维缠绕机依靠进口的状况,自主成功研发了CR1500大型碳纤维缠绕机,此设备在自动控制、张力控制、轨迹控制等关键技术方面获得创新,并成功申报了专利。随着碳纤缠绕机技术的迅速发展,大型复杂碳纤维缠绕制品技术获得突破,碳纤维复合材料的应用也将进入全新的时代。
More and more attention were paid to carbon fiber composite. The filament winding machine was an important processing equipment to produce it. In order to decrease the import dependency of large fiber winding machine, the machine CR1500 was successfully and independently produced. The machine innovated in automatic control, tension control and trajectory control, and its patent was successfully applied. With the rapid development of winding machine technology, large complex carbon fiber winding technology got a big breakthrough, and the application of carbon fiber composite will finally enter into a completely new era.
