摘要
通过对现有的张力控制系统进行分析,以布带单张缠绕方式下的张力控制为研究对象,提出了一套新型布带张力控制系统。本文论述了张力控制系统的组成及原理、各部件的功能,建立了控制系统的各部件数学模型,给出了该系统的PID控制方法,使控制的布带张力满足工艺要求。
A new kind of the cloth tension control system was presented based on analyzing the existing tension control system and researching the tension control of single-cloth-transmittal.The form and the theory of this system and the function of E-component were discussed,a new mathematical model was set up and a kind of PID control method was put forward to meet the required tension for cloth.
