摘要
目的分析颞下颌关节骨关节炎治疗中关节灌洗术联合透明质酸钠注射治疗的疗效。方法选取2011年6月—2016年5月本院收治的80例颞下颌关节骨关节炎患者,随机分为2组(每组40例):对照组给予关节灌洗术,治疗组给予关节灌洗术联合透明质酸钠注射治疗,比对2组疗效。结果治疗组血清IL-6(126.8±6.4)pg/ml、TNF-α(9.1±0.8)mg/ml,均优于对照组(142.1±5.7)pg/ml、(13.2±0.6)mg/ml(P<0.05);2组临床指标比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以关节灌洗术联合透明质酸钠注射疗法治疗颞下颌关节骨关节炎,临床效果比单一的关节灌洗术更显著,可改善患者的各项临床指标。
Objective To analyze the effect of joint lavage and sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis. Methods 80 cases of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis from June 2011 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into 2 groups （40 cases in each group）. The control group was given joint lavage, and the treatment group was treated with joint lavage combined with sodium hyaluronate injection, compared with the 2 groups. Results In the treatment group, the serum IL-6 （126.8~6.4） pg/ml, TNF- alpha （9.1~0.8） mg/ml, which were better than the control group （142.1：t：5.7） pg/ ml and （13.2~0.6） mg/ml （P 〈 0.05）. The difference between the 2 groups of clinical indexes was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Joint lavage combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for the treatment of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis has a more significant clinical effect than single joint lavage, and can improve the clinical indicators of patients.
