摘要
颞下颌关节骨关节炎是重症颞下颌关节病患者的主要病理表现,关节组织病理性矿化是骨关节炎患者的重要病理特征之一,但病理性矿化的产物,如磷酸钙微晶在骨关节炎发病机制和疾病进展过程中所扮演的角色仍存有争议。研究显示在大多数罹患骨关节炎关节中均发现了磷酸钙微晶的存在,这些微晶的出现要早于关节炎临床症状的发生,且其含量往往与后期关节破坏程度密切相关。本文将近年来研究病理性矿化与骨关节炎进展相关性的文章进行总结分析,以期为明确病理性矿化与骨关节炎进展相关性,实现干预病理性矿化而阻断骨关节炎进展提供参考。
Temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis is the main pathological manifestation of patients with severe temporomandibular joint disease.Pathological mineralization of joint tissue is one of the important pathological features of patients with osteoarthritis.However,the role of the products of pathological mineralization,such as calcium phosphate microcrystals,in the pathogenesis and disease progression of osteoarthritis is still controversial.Studies have shown that the presence of calcium phosphate microcrystals is found in most joints with osteoarthritis,and the appearance of these microcrystals is earlier than the occurrence of clinical symptoms of arthritis,and their content is often closely related to the degree of joint destruction in the later stage.This paper summarized and analyzed the articles on the correlation between pathological mineralization and the progression of osteoarthritis in recent years,hoping to provide references for clarifying the correlation between pathological mineralization and the progression of osteoarthritis,intervening in pathological mineralization and blocking the progression of osteoarthritis.
