Overview on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Measures at LNG and L-CNG Filling Stations

摘要 梳理LNG加气站和L-CNG加气站的节能减排的措施,包括LNG冷能利用、蒸发气(BOG)回收和加气流程改进。针对L-CNG加气站具有冷量小、不连续、压力高等特点以及目前的4种冷能回收方式(单级循环冰蓄冷系统、两级循环冰蓄冷系统、带有机朗肯循环的冷能回收系统、冷能用于油气回收的系统),根据实际情况筛选出单级循环冰蓄冷系统更加适合L-CNG加气站冷能利用。针对LNG和L-CNG加气站BOG回收的5种方案(BOG回注城市燃气管网、BOG回收到CNG储气设备、BOG回收用于站内自用、液氮液化罐内BOG、罐外BOG再液化),根据实际情况筛选出液氮回收BOG和站内自用BOG方案较为经济可行。不调高饱和压力的LNG加气站加气流程更加节能高效,是发展的方向。 The energy saving and emission reduction measures including LNG cold energy utiliza- tion, boil-off gas (BOG) recovery and improvement of fueling process at LNG and L-CNG filling stations are collated. Aimed at the characteristics of small cold a- mount, discontinuity and high pressure at L-CNG fueling station as well as four cold energy recovery modes including single cycle ice storage system, secondary cycle ice storage system, organic Rankine cycle cold energy recovery system and vapor recovery system with cold energy, the single cycle ice storage system that is more suitable for cold energy utilization at L-CNG fill- ing station is screened out according to the actual situa- tion. Aimed at five BOG recover:, schemes at LNG and L-CNG filling stations including reinjecting BOG into city gas pipe network, recovering BOG into CNG gas storage equipment, recycling BOG for use within station, liquefying BOG inside tank by liquid nitrogen and reliquefying BOG outside tank, the schemes of recovering BOG and using BOG within station that are rela-tively economical and feasible are screened out accord- ing to the actual situation. The filling process without enhancing saturated pressure at LNG filling station is more energy-efficient, which is the direction of future development.
