摘要
撬装式LNG加气站作为新型加气站的一种,其建设是保证LNG汽车得以发展的重要前提。搞好撬装式加气站的安全设计,消除其安全隐患可为减少或杜绝撬装式加气站发生重、特大安全事故提供保障。为此,分析了撬装式加气站的危险性,从建站安全、LNG槽车卸液安全、加气站管路系统安全、LNG储罐安全、消防系统安全等方面进行了安全设计。
As a new fueling one, the skid-mounted fueling station is an important prerequisite to LNG vehicle development. It’ s essential to do the better safety design and to eliminate the hidden danger, which can provide a guarantee for reducing and eliminating some certain serious safety accidents. In this paper, some risks from station are analyzed; in addition, the safety design is conducted in terms of the station construction, LNG tanker unloading, pipelines, storage tank and fire-fighting system.
