摘要
近年才兴起的液化-压缩天然气加气站(即L-CNG加气站)以LNG为气源,经高压液体泵加压后气化向CNG汽车加气,也可同时用低压液体泵向LNG汽车加气。为此,介绍了L-CNG加气站的特点和工艺流程,分析了其相对于传统压缩天然气加气站的优点:可同时为压缩天然气汽车和液化天然气汽车加注燃料,有巨大的应用前景和可观的经济、社会效益。给出了典型的L-CNG加气站的工艺流程及设备布置方案,着重对L-CNG加气站的LNG低温储存和装卸系统,以及低温低压充注系统和高压气化系统,包括LNG槽车、LNG低温泵、LNG气化器等进行了说明,并介绍了相关技术要求。最后提出L-CNG加气站是目前CNG加气站向LNG加气站过渡的看法。
The L/CNG station,arisen at present,is taking liquefied natural gas as its source,which can be liquefied after pressurized not only by high-pressure liquid pump to fill gas for CNG vehicles,but also by low-pressure liquid pump to fill gas for LNG vehicles.Therefore,this paper introduces the features and technologic flow of L/CNG stations by comparing with traditional CNG stations.L/CNG stations has such obvious advantage of being able to fill gas for both CNG and LNG vehicles as to obtain considerable economic and social benefit from its application in the bright future.Hereby it gives out the technologic flow and equipments layout scheme of a classic L/CNG station,with highlights on the description and the relative technical requirements of those main equipments,including LNG truck,tank,cryogenics pump,high-pressure vaporizer and fuel injector,etc.In the end,it suggests that L/CNG stations ought to be a kind of station passing through from CNG to LNG stations in the development.
