摘要
应用ABC免疫酶组织化学方法,研究了豚鼠和大白鼠心脏降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)免疫反应神经纤维的分布。CGRP阳性反应纤维主要分布于左、右心房,左、右心室,房间隔和室间隔的肌层,以及外膜层,阳性纤维在腱索、乳头肌和冠状血管壁及其周围较丰富,本文对实验结果的功能意义进行了讨论。
The distribution of calcitonin gene-related peptide immunoreactive nervefibers(CGRP-INF)in the cardial tissue of the rat and guinea pig was investigatedby immunoperoxidase histechemistry. Immunohistochemistry demonstrated theexistence of CGRP-INF throughout the whole hearts of the both kinds ofanimals. These were present in the cardial muscles of both atria and ventricles,and in the interatrial and interventricular septa, particularly in associationwith the coronary arteries, within the tendinous cords and papillary musclesand epicardium. CGRP-INF were found mainly in the adventitia of the bloodvessels in the cardial muscles.
